The COVID-19 pandemic continues to pose unique challenges to the supply chain, especially for the golf industry. From large to small, golf retailers have experienced significant delays and issues when it comes to delivery timetables and inventory: materials get delayed, which delays production; the shortage of available labor delays shipment; the delayed shipments cause an increase in demand for carriers, and so on. It has been a brutal cycle.
Stix Golf has been working tirelessly to ensure our customers’ orders are sent and received in a timely manner, but we understand the frustration as we too would like nothing more than to get your orders to you as soon as possible. Rest assured it is our highest priority.
While we work as a team to get you your orders, please refer to the following resources for more up to date information and quotes regarding known supply chain issues in the industry.

But there they sat, at sea, along with many other consumer products, not because of any shipping disasters, but because of labor shortages on the docks.” (“Increased demand and disruption in supply a bitter soup for operators,” GolfBusiness, July/August 2021)
- “These product delays and price hikes aren’t a sales tactic like gouging rain-soaked shoppers for the price of an umbrella. Rather, it’s a case of rising costs of manufacturing and distributing products in the current COVID-19 environment that has led to shortages, frustration and uncertainty as to when the business might settle back into a more familiar rhythm—or if it ever will.” (“The latest golf boom has given the game a new set of problems,” Golf Digest, Sept. 2021)
