1. Binding Agreement

By entering the Stix Golf “Win Your Set Back” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Entry is not valid unless you agree to these Official Rules.

2. Sponsor

The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Stix Golf Co., a Delaware corporation, with its principal place of business at 6N303 Ferson Woods Dr., St. Charles, IL 60175 (the “Sponsor”).

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok, Google, or any other social media platform. See Section 18.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older.

Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and fulfillment providers, and the immediate family members of and persons living in the same household as such individuals, are not eligible to enter or win.

Void in Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.

4. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins on September 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on September 8, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Promotion Period”). An early entry window opens on August 31, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time as described in Section 5. The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

5. How to Enter

There are two (2) methods of entry. Both methods are given equal weight. Entrants using either method receive the same number of entries and the same odds of winning.

Method A — Purchase Entry.

During the Promotion Period, purchase any full golf set from the Sponsor’s website. You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. No further action is required.

Method B — Free Entry.

During the Promotion Period, join Stix Insiders at stix.golf/insiders by submitting the requested information. You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. No purchase or payment of any kind is required, and joining Stix Insiders is free.

Early entry window.

Existing and newly enrolled Stix Insiders members may enter beginning August 31, 2026, in advance of general entry. The free entry method described in Method B opens at the same date and time as the early entry window and is available to any eligible person, whether or not that person has made a purchase.

6. Entry Limits

Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry and regardless of the number of orders placed. No entrant may receive more than one (1) entry. Entries received from any person in excess of this limitation will be void.

No additional or bonus entries are awarded for any reason, including purchase, purchase amount, order value, number of orders, or Stix Insiders membership.

Use of any automated system, bot, script, or other device to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Entries generated by any means that subvert the entry process are void.

All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

7. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize winner will select, at the winner’s election, one (1) of the following:

• One (1) Stix Golf P02 Perform 12 golf set; or

• A refund of the purchase price actually paid by the winner for a full golf set purchased from the Sponsor during the Promotion Period, exclusive of taxes and shipping.

The refund option is available only to a winner who made a qualifying purchase during the Promotion Period. A winner who did not make a qualifying purchase will receive the golf set. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $1,099.00 USD. Total ARV of all prizes: $1,099.00 USD.

The winner must elect between the two options within three (3) days of notification. If the winner does not elect within that period, the Sponsor will award the golf set.

No substitution, cash equivalent, or transfer of the prize is permitted, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. All prize details not expressly stated are at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

8. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

9. Winner Selection

The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received, to be conducted on or about September 9, 2026 by the Stix Golf Co. Director of Ecommerce and Digital Marketing, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

10. Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner will be notified by email and, where provided, by telephone or text message, at the contact information supplied at entry. The potential winner must respond within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt.

The potential winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within ten (10) days of the date of notification. The prize will not be released until these documents are received. Where required by law for reporting or withholding purposes, the Sponsor may also require a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is released.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the stated period, fails to return the required documents, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from among the remaining eligible entries, at the Sponsor’s discretion.

11. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize is included in the winner’s gross income at its fair market value under applicable law, whether or not any information return is issued. The Sponsor will report the prize and will request tax information from the winner, including a completed IRS Form W-9, if and to the extent required by law for reporting or withholding purposes. Winners are encouraged to consult their own tax advisor.

12. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, voice, and statements about the Sweepstakes for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation.

13. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at stix.golf/pages/privacy-policy. By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

If you elect to receive text messages, message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of entry or of any purchase, and you may opt out at any time.

14. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in a disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries; for technical, hardware, software, or network failures; or for any error in the administration of the Sweepstakes.

15. Release

By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless the Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, fulfillment providers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all liability, loss, injury, or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

16. Limitation of Liability

In no event will the released parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of any prize. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of certain damages, so the above may not apply to you.

17. Disputes and Governing Law

All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and the Sponsor, will be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kane County, Illinois, and entrants consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and all causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court of competent jurisdiction located in Kane County, Illinois.

Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, meaning the costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes. You further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

These Official Rules govern the “Win Your Set Back” Sweepstakes exclusively. To the extent any provision of these Official Rules conflicts with the Sponsor’s general Terms of Service or with the terms of any other promotion offered by the Sponsor, these Official Rules control with respect to this Sweepstakes.

18. Platform Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok, Google, or any other social media platform. By entering, you release each such platform from any and all liability arising from the Sweepstakes. No purchase, sharing, tagging, posting, or other social media action is required to enter or win.

19. Winner List

The first name and state of residence of the winner will be published at stix.golf/sweepstakes for a period of thirty (30) days following the drawing.
