Kreatures of Habit + Stix Giveaway

1. Binding Agreement

By entering the Stix Golf × Kreatures of Habit Giveaway (the "Giveaway"), you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Entry is not valid unless you agree to these Official Rules.

2. Sponsor

The Sponsor of this Giveaway is Stix Golf Co., a Delaware corporation, with its principal place of business at 6N303 Ferson Woods Dr., St. Charles, IL 60175 (the "Sponsor"). Kreatures of Habit ("KOH") is a co-promoter and prize contributor and is not the Sponsor.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other social media platform. See Section 18.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older, and who hold a public Instagram account in good standing.

Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, KOH, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and fulfillment providers, and the immediate family members of and persons living in the same household as such individuals, are not eligible to enter or win.

Void in Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.

4. Promotion Period

The Giveaway begins on October 11, 2026 at 12:00:00 p.m. Pacific Time and ends on October 16, 2026 at 12:00:00 p.m. Pacific Time (the "Promotion Period"). The Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.

5. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, using an eligible Instagram account: (a) like the official Giveaway post on the Sponsor's Instagram account, @stixgolfgear; (b) follow both @stixgolfgear and @kreaturesofhabit; and (c) post a comment on the official Giveaway post tagging three (3) other Instagram accounts. Completing all three steps constitutes one (1) entry.

There is no purchase entry method. Entry is free. Standard data and messaging rates from your carrier may apply. The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are not received due to platform error, account settings, or any other cause.

6. Entry Limits

Limit one (1) entry per person per calendar day during the Promotion Period, by posting one new qualifying comment on that day. Additional comments on the same day do not earn additional entries. Tagged accounts must belong to real individuals; comments tagging the Sponsor, KOH, brand, business, duplicate, inactive, or automated accounts are void.

Use of any automated system, bot, script, multiple accounts, or other device to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Entries generated by any means that subvert the entry process are void.

7. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of: (a) one (1) Stix Golf P02 Perform 12 golf set with bag, in the winner's choice of available hand, length, and shaft flex, Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") $999.00 USD; and (b) a multi-month supply of Kreatures of Habit Daily Bars, provided by KOH.

No substitution, cash equivalent, or transfer of the prize is permitted, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Bar flavors and the club set configuration are subject to availability. All prize details not expressly stated are at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

8. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

9. Winner Selection

The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received, to be conducted on or about October 19, 2026 by the Stix Golf Co. Director of Ecommerce and Digital Marketing, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

10. Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner will be notified by Instagram direct message from the @stixgolfgear account. The potential winner must respond within five (5) days of the first notification attempt and provide a valid United States shipping address and the information needed to confirm eligibility.

The potential winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within ten (10) days of the date of notification. The prize will not be released until these documents are received. Where required by law for reporting or withholding purposes, the Sponsor may also require a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is released.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the stated period, fails to return the required documents, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from among the remaining eligible entries, at the Sponsor's discretion.

The Sponsor will not publicly announce the winner until the prize has been claimed. Beware of imitation accounts: the Sponsor will only contact the winner from @stixgolfgear and will never ask for payment, card details, or a password.

11. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize is included in the winner's gross income at its fair market value under applicable law, whether or not any information return is issued. The Sponsor will report the prize and will request tax information from the winner, including a completed IRS Form W-9, if and to the extent required by law. Winners are encouraged to consult their own tax advisor.

12. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent to the Sponsor's and KOH's use of the winner's Instagram handle, name, city and state of residence, likeness, voice, and statements about the Giveaway for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation.

13. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at stix.golf/pages/privacy-policy. Information provided by the winner to claim the prize may be shared with KOH solely to fulfill the bar portion of the prize. By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described.

14. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failure, platform action, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, acting in violation of these Official Rules or Instagram's Terms of Use, or acting in a disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, deleted, or undeliverable entries or notifications; for technical, hardware, software, platform, or network failures; or for any error in the administration of the Giveaway.

15. Release

By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless the Sponsor, KOH, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, fulfillment providers, officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all liability, loss, injury, or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

16. Limitation of Liability

In no event will the released parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance or use of any prize. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of certain damages, so the above may not apply to you.

17. Disputes and Governing Law

All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and the Sponsor, will be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kane County, Illinois, and entrants consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

By participating in the Giveaway, you agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and all causes of action arising out of or connected with the Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court of competent jurisdiction located in Kane County, Illinois.

Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, meaning the costs associated with entering the Giveaway. You further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

These Official Rules govern the Stix Golf × Kreatures of Habit Giveaway exclusively. To the extent any provision of these Official Rules conflicts with the Sponsor's general Terms of Service or with the terms of any other promotion offered by the Sponsor, these Official Rules control with respect to this Giveaway.

18. Platform Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other social media platform. By entering, you acknowledge that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to Instagram or Meta, and you release each such platform from any and all liability arising from the Giveaway. Entry requires an Instagram account and the actions described in Section 5; no purchase is required.

19. Winner List

The first name, state of residence, and Instagram handle of the winner will be published at stix.golf/pages/sweepstakes for a period of thirty (30) days following the date the prize is claimed.
