What countries do you ship to?

Stix Golf supports orders around the globe! To get started, select your region at the bottom of the home page.

The currency and available shipping methods will update per the region selection and details provided at checkout. For international customers, duties and taxes will be subject to regulations and/or made available applicable to your region. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. At checkout, payments are authorized with a hold on the account and are not processed until the item(s) are dispatched.

US Customers:

Payment or installment options are provided through Affirm, AfterPay & ShopPay, and are subject to approval. We also accept PayPal, ApplePay, Amazon Pay & Meta Pay.

International Customers:

Available payment options are as shown on our site at checkout, and may vary per region. 

Note: For payment methods through partners, you'll be redirected to the partner site where you’ll be prompted to log in to complete and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

 

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Our team at Stix HQ works hard to get all items processed within 1 business day, and average 2-4 business days. Estimated processing times are as shown on the site for the item(s) and order confirmation, and may vary during peak seasons.

This can mean that we may be unable to make changes if the order is processed and ready for dispatch. That said, reach out to our customer care team via orders@stix.golf and our team will be sure to confirm what's possible!

What shipping methods do you offer?

Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing

We have the following shipping methods available for contiguous US locations:

Standard (Ground) - Shipment delivers within 3-7 business days via UPS or FedEx post dispatch.

Two Day - Upon shipment, order delivers within 2 business days via UPS or Fedex.

Next Day - Upon shipment, order delivers within 1 business day via UPS or FedEx.

Expedited shipping options are courier transit upgrades to shipping speed. These options do not guarantee same day shipping or expedited internal processing pre-shipment.

Expedited shipping options do not include Saturday delivery due to additional service and cost. Saturday delivery upgrades are not provided at this time. 

If shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, these orders will be shipped USPS and will only offer STANDARD at checkout. USPS transit times will vary. 

International orders are shipped via DHL Express, and average 5-10 business days transit post dispatch. Customs processing may impact delivery time. 

Please note we do not ship to freight forwarding address.

Does my set come with a warranty?

Stix Golf stands behind the quality and durability of our products. Our policies protect our customers’ purchases from manufacturing defects within  1 Year (12 months) from date of receipt, and will be evaluated on a case by case basis. 

Any intentional alterations or adjustments made to clubs post purchase (re-shafting, re-gripping, alteration of loft/lie) voids return and/or exchange eligibility & warranty policy. If you have questions or concerns about your Stix Golf purchase please feel free to reach out to us at support@stix.golf. 

Clearance and Lightly Used Sets are final sale and are ineligible under Stix warranty policy. 

Proof of Purchase is required for all Warranty claims. The return of the damaged item may be required, and a pre-paid label will be provided if at that time. Third-party purchases, individual resale, or purchases made outside of Stix Golf and/or Retail partners are ineligible for returns, exchanges or warranty support.

Warranty policy applies within the country of delivery, and cannot supported outside of the country in which it was purchased. Orders delivered within the US are eligible within the US only. Duties and/or taxes as well as shipping costs can be liable to the customer.

My order is lost!

Lost or Stolen shipment inquiries will be reviewed case by case. Replacement shipments issued will require address confirmation and signature for delivery.

If your shipment has been lost/stolen, please reach out to support@stix.golf with your order number and tracking details. 

Please note: Support paths may vary depending on origin of purhcase. Our customer care will be sure to confirm details and the resolution path upon confirmation. 

Do you offer Gift Cards?

We sure do! These are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique reference number that can be entered at checkout.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order through Stix.Golf.

If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please reach out to our customer care via orders@stix.golf. Be sure to check your spam folder for the email address used to place the order. 

Discounts

Do you offer a Military Discount?

We are currently partnered with GovX to provide discounts for our Military, First Responders, Government employees and Teachers. Members will receive a personalized code to enter at checkout that will apply the discount to applicable items in the cart.

Returns

How do I return or exchange an item?

US Domestic returns or exchanges: Please visit the Stix Return Portal

International returns: Please visit Stix International Returns. If you need support locating your GE Order number, reach out to orders@stix.golf. Additional support is available via Stix International Help Center.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used to place your order. In the event the original payment method is no longer availaible, store credit will be issued. 

Stix Golf Co clearance, lightly used and/or pre-owned items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, and are ineligible under Stix Warranty Policy.

Third-party purchases, individual resale, or purchases made outside of Stix Golf and/or Retail partners are ineligible for returns or exchanges via Stix Golf, and are subject to the retailer polices in which the item(s) were purchased. Warranty policy may not apply and is subject to the partnership agreement. 

What is the Return Policy? Is there a trial?

Stix Golf offers a 30 day return policy for our clubs and sets. Wearables, gear and other items are subject to the policy as shown on our site, and are linked below.

Our policy allows 30 days for returns and exchanges from the date of receipt. Using the provided pre-paid return label, the return shipment must be dispatched within the 30 day window. *International customers - please reference International Retuns when viewing return policy. 

Stix Golf Co clearance, lightly used and/or pre-owned items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, and are ineligible under Stix Warranty Policy.

Stix Shipping Policy

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the event your order arrives incorrect, damaged or faulty, please email our customer care team via orders@stix.golf with your order number, photos and details around your issue. 

Stix Golf will send a return label for customers to send the incorrect item back. Due to limited product availability, Stix Golf will either send the correct item at no additional charge or offer a full refund for the original order upon the full return of your order.

How long does it take for returns?

Return transit is subject to the courier in which your item(s) are shipped to Stix HQ, and the origin of dispatch.

Processing and the issue of refund can take up to 30 days post receipt of the return shipment. Return shipments are inspected to confirm the contents / items returned and the condition(s) in which they are returned.

Upon issuance email notifications are shared, and funds can take 7-10 business days to reflect on your account and will be subject to the financial institution.

How do I find my Stix fit? Which set should I buy?

Stix Golf offers a simplified process to find the right set for your game. 

You can use our Find My Fit quiz for a quick and easy recommedation, or visit the Stix Blog article here to view our shaft lengths and flexes to confirm the right set for you.

Can I customize my set?

Stix Golf Co. does not currently offer customizations outside of the offerings as shown on our site at this time. Our Perform Series set configuration will offer the option to include a 5 Iron, 5 Wood and a Stand Bag for an additional cost. 

The Compete Driver is not eligible for set customizations and is a separate purchase outside of full sets.

What kind of grips do you use?

We offer proprietary, durable premium rubber grips. We are currently not offering grip customization.

What coating or finish do you use?

We use a very durable black PVD finish. Our silver sets have a satin brush finish with textured cavity.

Why are the wedges only Stiff Flex?

All Stix wedges (52° 56° 60°) are “stiff flex” regardless of the flex customer selects, and applies to all sets we offer at Stix. Stiff flex is the industry standard for these clubs, and will perform like any clubs you’ve used in the past.

What kind of shafts do you use?

Our graphite shafts are built in-house by our world-class factory using premium Prepreg Graphite material.

Our Steel shafts are produced using Stepless Chrome Steel.

Perform Series Irons - What's new?

Our irons are built to the same specification and design as before. The main difference is now that the face grooves are cast instead of milled. While this sounds like a downgrade, because of manual grinding and polishing finishing methods, this allows us to more closely control the dimensions and contours of the grooves.

Is milled better than cast? For irons, the only thing that matters is meeting critical dimensions and specifications for the face surface texture and shape and depth. Our advanced casting method allows us to do this without the need for milling.

What's different with Stix Perform Series? What's Play Series?

Our Perform Series Set consists of 12 clubs, offering larger and softer grips than previous models, frequency matched shafts and our strongest Driver yet! This set has options for either graphite or steel shafts for the irons, wedges and putter. The Driver, 3W and 4H will have graphite shafts in either configuration.

The Play Series set has 10 clubs, and the ideal starter kit that includes the stand bag and headcovers. It features matte black, graphite distance clubs and chrome steel irons, sand wedge and putter. This is our only set with silver club heads and silver chrome shafts. 

Both of these sets offer larger and softer grips than previous models, frequency matched shafts and our strongest Driver yet!

What does lightly used mean?

Stix Lightly used sets have either been lightly used, or not used at all, and are like new in most ways. Stix Golf Co Lightly Used items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, and are ineligible under Stix Warranty.

In the event of an error or issue, all inquiries will be reviewed case by case. 

Why don't you offer all clubs for individual purchase?

Single club purchases are as shown on our site and subject to availability.

At this time, we do not offer all clubs or items for singular purchasing and are unable to "break" or customize sets outside of the options available on our site. 

Why is Perform a 12 club set? Where is the 14 club set?

Stix Golf's goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality products at an accessible price, so that more people can enjoy the game. By making the change and introducing Perform Series as a 12 club set, our customers can have everything they need (including the Stix Golf Stand Bag) for under $1000. 

For those looking to have 14 clubs in their bag, the option to add the 5 Iron and 5 Wood will be available when choosing your set. This cusomtization option will allow greater flexibility and enable more customers to build their perfect kit!

 

 

Graphite or Steel shafts? What's best for my game?

Steel shafts and graphite shafts are the two main options when it comes to choosing shaft materials for golf clubs. Each type of shaft has its own set of benefits, and the choice between them will depend on the golfer's playing style, skill level and personal preferences.
