Refund Policy


Standard Return Policy:  Stix Golf will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of item and the clubs are returned in reasonable condition.

Golf Clubs/Bags

Return shipping label will be provided by Stix Golf for domestic returns and the customer will be required to arrange their own shipping.


Return shipping label will NOT be provided by Stix Golf. The customer will be required to arrange and pay for their own shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed. Expedited shipping costs will not be refunded. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

Gift Cards

Stix digital gift cards are refundable within 30 days and cannot be redeemed for cash. If products purchased with a gift card are returned, the credit will be applied to the gift card for the original amount used and the remainder, if applicable, will be applied to original payment method. 

International Returns

Shipping for international returns will be paid for by the customer. International orders refused post shipment, or returned due to refusal of payment of duties and/or taxes, will be subject to restocking fees and return shipping costs. 

For international returns, Stix Golf will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of shipping or import taxes paid.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Black Friday Prices Guaranteed Refunds

If you purchase an item from Stix Golf Online Store after 11/12/21 at 12:00 PM and the price of the item goes lower than your purchase price prior to November 26, 2021, we will refund you for the difference between your purchase price and the lower price. Please email us at Hello@Stix.Golf to start the refund process. 


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

Customers within the US will have return shipping costs covered by us. International customers will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
