Shipping Policy


Stix Golf ("we" and "us") is the operator of (http://www.stix.golf) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

1. Shipping Time

Processing times as shown on our site are estimates, and while we make every effort to deliver with the quoted timeframes, they are subject to delays. Order confirmations are emailed upon order completion and includes the quoted processing time as shown at the time of purchase. 

From time-to-time there can be stock discrepancies and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. Domestic orders can receive partial shipments, however International orders will be held to prevent partial shipments. For additional support, please contact us at orders@stix.golf.

2. Shipping Costs

Free shipping is offered on orders over $500 to the contiguous United States only. All other domestic shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

International shipments are made possible through our partners at Global-E. In applicable regions, duties and taxes are included with the cost of the items at checkout. International costs (conversions, duties and/or taxes, etc) are calculated based on rates at the time of purchase. These costs cannot be adjusted or changed.

Depending on the regulations applicable to your region, there may be an option to opt-out of inclusion. For more information please visit Stix International Support Center.

3. Returns

3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind

Golf Clubs/Bags

Stix Golf will happily accept returns for any reason so long as the return complies with the following conditions. Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label, to be deducted from the balance of the return, and:

  • Stix return policy allows 30 days for returns and exchanges from the date of receipt. Using the provided pre-paid return label, the return shipment must be dispatched within the 30 day window.
  • A maximum of five (5) clubs have been used on a turf mat or non-abrasive surface. We suggest using a wood, short and long iron, wedge, and the putter. Clubs returned must be returned in lightly used, reasonable condition. Clubs with damage caused by mis-use or non-golf related damage will be ineligible for return.
  • Any adjustments made to clubs post purchase including, but not limited to: painting, re-shafting, re-gripping, or alteration of loft/lie voids return and/or exchange eligibility & warranty policy.

Domestic Returns/Exchanges: Please see the return portal here. A label will be provided and the customer will be required to arrange their own shipping. 

International returns: see details here.

Upon receipt at Stix HQ, the items will be processed and evaluated. Returns approved for refund will be processed within 30 days post receipt & inspection. The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from the balance of the refund. No shipping label costs will be applied to exchanges. 

Note: Stix is not liable for packages lost, stolen or damaged during return transit. For items lost, stolen or damaged during transit, Stix will not issue refunds or will issue partial refunds based on the condition of the items upon receipt post evalutation.

Clearance, Lightly Used &/or Pre-Owned 

Stix Golf Co clearance, lightly used and/or pre-owned items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, and are ineligible under Stix Warranty Policy.

If you received an incorrect item on your lightly used or preowned order, reach out to support at orders@stix.golf. Stix Golf will send a return label for customers to send the incorrect item back. Due to limited product availability, Stix Golf will either send the correct item at no additional charge or offer a full refund for the original order upon the full return of your order.

Golf Balls

Stix Golf Balls are eligible for return/exchanges, however must be unused and unopened with original packaging intact. 

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed. Shipping costs will not be refunded, and are deducted from the balance of the refund issued. International duties and/or import taxes are non-refundable. We will notify you once refunds are processed through email.

GEAR: Towel, Gloves, Belts, Hats, Multi-Tool, etc)

Stix Golf Gear (Towel, Gloves, Belts, Hats, Multi-Tool, etc) are eligible for exchanges (size or style) or return for store credit only. Store credit will be issued via Stix Gift Card issued to the email provided at the time of original purchase.

These items must be unopened, unused with original packaging intact. Items returned to Stix are subject to review upon receipt prior to issue of exchange or store credit, and can be declined based on conditions at time of receipt.

Shipping costs for wearable returns and exchanges are non-refundable.

*Please note that returns, refunds and trades processed through Affirm, AfterPay or Sezzle payment plans may take up to 30 days to appear on your balance.

Gift Cards

Stix digital gift cards are refundable to the original payment method within 30 days and cannot be redeemed for cash. If products purchased with a gift card are returned, the credit will be applied to the gift card for the original amount used. Remaining balances, if applicable, will be applied to the original payment method. As a reminder, import taxes or duties paid are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of the return, or will provide an email notification of the refund to the original payment method. 

Upon approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Expected processing time varies depending on the financial institution and/or method of payment to which the refund is processed.

Details will be provided at the time refunds are processed to the email address provided on the original order. Processing and the issue of refund can take up to 30 days post receipt of the return shipment.

Orders purchased for delivery within the US, if exported to another country do not qualify under US policies. 

Exchanges

If you need to exchange your purchase for another item on our site, please visit our return portal here. 

Customers within the US will have return shipping costs covered by Stix Golf. International customers will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on your location or shipping destination, and continued impacts to global logistics, shipping times may vary.

Pre-paid labels are provided by Stix Golf through our return portal or customer care team. For returns/exchanges that are shipped not using a provided label, Stix Golf cannot guarantee receipt of return shipments, and does not cover costs associated with lost, stolen or damaged items on return shipments.

Purchases made outside of Stix Golf or approved Retail partners are ineligible for returns, exchanges or warranty. This includes, but is not limited to: individual resale, non-partner purchases, etc.

Clearance, Lightly Used &/or Preowned items are final sale and ineligible for returns, exchanges or warranty. 

Warranty

Stix Golf stands behind the quality and durability of our products. Our policies protect our customers’ purchases from manufacturing defects within 12 months (1 Year) from date of receipt, and will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Clearance, Lightly Used &/or Preowned items are final sale and ineligible for returns, exchanges or warranty.

Warranty policy applies within the country of delivery, and cannot be exported or shipped outside of the country in which it was purchased. Orders delivered within the US are eligible within the US only. Duties and/or taxes as well as shipping costs can be liable to the customer. 

Retail or Wholesale purchases: Returns and exchanges are supported by and subject to policies per retailer. Warranties are supported by the retailers in which the item(s) were purchased, with the exception of online-only partners.

Third-party purchases, individual resale, or purchases made outside of Stix Golf and/or Retail partners are ineligible for returns, exchanges or warranty support.

3.2 International Returns

Please see the international returns portal here. A return shipping label will be provided and the costs will be calculated based on the shipment, location and confirmed at the time of issuance. International orders refused post shipment, or returned due to refusal of payment of duties and/or taxes, will be subject to restocking fees and return shipping costs. 

Any intentional adjustments made to clubs post purchase (re-shafting, re-gripping, alteration of loft/lie) voids return and/or exchange eligibility & warranty policy.

For international returns, Stix Golf will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of shipping or import taxes paid.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt and inspection. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

If the order was delivered within the US and exported to another country, the return label cannot be provided by Stix Golf Co. Any and all costs (duties, taxes, shipping, etc) are responsible to the customer and are to be arranged by the shipper.

These shipments are not covered in the event of loss, theft or damage. 

3.3 Warranty Returns

Stix Golf stands behind the quality and durability of our products. Our policies protect our customers’ purchases from manufacturing defects within 12 months (1 Year) from date of receipt, and will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

4. Delivery Terms

4.1  Transit Times: Domestic Shipments

Domestic shipments average shipment delivers within 2-7 days. Please refer to estimated transit provided during checkout.

4.2 Transit Times: International Shipments

Orders shipped internationally using UPS Worldwide Express average transit of 4 - 22 days. Transit varies depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Processing Times (Non-Holiday or Seasonal Peak):

Order dispatch averages 2-4 business days from payment of order. Our warehouse operates Monday - Friday during standard business hours, and closes for National holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

4.4 Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address prior to dispatch.  Changes requested post shipment or during transit are subject to additional courier fees, paid by the requesting party. Stix is not liable and cannot guarantee delivery changes made post shipment or during transit.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

Stix Golf will ship to P.O. box addresses using USPS (postal services) only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

4.6 Military Address Shipping

We are able to ship to APO addresses using USPS. We are unable to use a courier for these shipments.

4.7 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock due to logistical delays, we will send partial shipments to ensure timely receipt of available items on the order placed. Additional shipping costs associated with partial shipments are covered by Stix Golf.

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please reach out to orders@stix.golf so we can look into your delivery.

5. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive email notifications with tracking/transit details to the email provided at checkout. To ensure receipt and ease of tracking, please add orders@stix.golf to your safe sender list!

6. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If your parcel is damaged in-transit, please reach out to our customer care team via orders@stix.golf. Please provide your order number and photos of the damaged item so that our customer care team can support with resolution as quickly as possible. 

7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Domestic sales tax will be calculated at checkout.. International duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Applicable duties and/or taxes will be calculated as shown on the site per region and reflected in the cost at checkout. Import duties and/or taxes will be subject to regulations, and made available or applicable to your region. 

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments are the customer's responsibility. International orders refused post shipment, or returned due to refusal of payment of duties and/or taxes, will be subject to restocking fees and return shipping costs. Import taxes or duties paid are not subject to refund.

8. Cancellations

Stix Golf will accept cancellations prior to label creation and/or dispatch. If an order has been shipped, please refer to our return policy and contact customer service at orders@stix.golf.

9. Insurance

9.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit

For items damaged in transit, our customer care will open a claim for investigation with the courier upon receipt of customer notification. If required, a replacement will be issued post resolution with the courier. 

If a parcel is damaged in-transit please contact customer service at orders@stix.golf.

9.2 Process for parcel lost in-transit

If a parcel is lost or stolen during transit please contact customer service at orders@stix.golf. Upon conclusion of the investigation and/or claim, a replacement or refund will be issued. In the event of an issue, alternative details and solutions will be provided to the customer. 

Lost and/or stolen parcels due to customer error in dispatch or usage are liable to the customer. If using a pre-paid return label provided by Stix Golf, and not used within the correct country of origin or improperly dispatched are not covered by Stix Golf Co. 

Shipments using labels not provided by Stix Golf are not covered in the event of loss, theft or damage.
