WARRANTY

Stix Golf Co. stands behind the quality and durability of our products. Our policies protect our customers’ purchases from manufacturing defects within 1 Year (12 months) from date of purchase and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.  

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. The return of the damaged item may be required. If photos of the damaged item cannot be provided, or in situations in which the item has been disposed of, the item(s) will be ineligible for warranty and not covered.

The Stix Golf Co. warranty policy applies within the country of delivery and cannot be supported outside of the country in which the purchase originated. Duties, fees, taxes, and shipping costs can be liable to the customer.  

Post purchase adjustments or alterations of any kind (painting, re-shafting, re-gripping, or alteration of loft/lie, etc) voids return, exchange & warranty policy eligibility. Clearance and lightly used products are “final sale” and are ineligible under the Stix Golf Co. warranty policy. Third-party purchases, individual resale, or purchases made outside of the Stix Golf Co. website and/or retail partners are ineligible for returns, exchanges or warranty support.

In the event of a valid warranty claim, replacement products will be comparable in function and performance, but may differ in color, shaft type, or artwork from the original item.

EXTENDED WARRANTY

In addition to the policies stated above, an extended warranty offering from Stix Golf Co. increases the coverage term to the time frame indicated at the time of purchase. Any additional incentives (ex. increased return window) will be detailed at the time of purchase.
