STIX GOLF RETURN POLICY
Stix Golf accepts returns within 30 days of the original purchase date with eligibility under the following conditions:
All purchases made through Stix.Golf are eligible under policy, with the exception of pre-owned, lightly-used, outlet, clearance or final sale. Ineligible items will be marked as final sale on the product page, in cart at checkout and emailed order confirmation.
Purchases made through retail or wholesale partners, third-party, non-partner and/or individual resale, etc are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. *For these purchases, please refer to the retailer/partner return policy and/or policies provided from the entity in which the items were purchased.
Post purchase adjustments & alterations of any kind (painting, re-shafting, re-gripping, or alteration of loft/lie, etc) voids return, exchange & warranty policy eligibility.
Items returned to Stix will be inspected upon receipt prior to issue of refund, exchange or store credit, and can be declined based on condition(s) at the time of receipt.
Extended Holiday Returns: Orders placed 11/11/24-12/31/24 will be eligible for extended holiday returns/exchanges through 01/08/25 as long as they meet the conditions as outlined with Stix Return Policy.
GOLF CLUBS, SETS & STAND BAGS
Items returned unused and in the original packaging will be refunded in full minus the cost of return shipping.
For returns with opened, used items refund values are determined at the time of inspection and will be calculated by the items received and condition(s) in which they arrive.
Partial refunds and/or store credit will be provided in the event of significant or full set usage, missing items, damage, or in any situation in which the items returned do not meet the conditions as stated above. Refunds will not be issued for returned items exhibiting significant wear or damage, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Return shipping costs will be calculated at the time of label creation and deducted from the refund balance when issued to the original payment method.
GEAR (Towel, Gloves, Golf Balls, Hats, Multi-Tool, etc)
Stix Golf gear items (accessories and wearables) are eligible for exchanges or return for store credit only. Gear items returned for exchange or store credit must be unopened, unused with original packaging intact.
Store credit will be issued via Stix e-gift card issued to the email provided for the original purchase. Return shipping costs will be calculated at the time of label creation and deducted from the refund balance when issued.
CRIQUET POLOS
Criquet polos purchased through Stix Golf are eligible for returns/exchanges through Criquet. The items must be unworn and unwashed, and can be returned within 60 days of purchase. (Final sale items are not eligible for returns.)

OUTLET, CLEARANCE, LIGHTLY USED &/OR PRE-OWNED
Stix Golf Co outlet, clearance, lightly used and/or pre-owned items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, and are ineligible under Stix Warranty Policy.
All products marked “Final Sale” are being sold “as-is”. Any representation or warranty, as to the condition, quality, conformity or design of the equipment is disclaimed. The buyer acknowledges through purchasing the equipment, that they agree and shall be deemed to be obtaining the equipment in its present status, condition and state of repair, “as is” with all faults or defects.
In the event of processing errors for these items, please reach out to customer care. Stix Golf will provide a return label for customers to return the incorrect item(s). Due to limited product availability, Stix Golf will either send the correct item(s) at no additional charge or offer full refund for the original order upon the return of the items received.
GIFT CARDS
Stix digital gift cards are final sale, ineligible for returns or refunds, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
For returns for purchases made with a gift card, the balance owed will be applied to the gift card for the original amount applied to the order. If applicable remaining balances will be issued to the original payment method.
Instances in which returns are marked for refund issuance to gift card using our return portal, this cannot be reversed and/or un-done once the refund is processed. If incorrectly selected, please reach out to our customer care before returning your shipment to orders@stix.golf.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Domestic Returns & Exchanges:
Please see the return portal here. A label will be provided and the customer will be required to arrange their own shipping. Exchanges will require payment authorization (hold) as the exchange order is immediately released for processing and dispatch. The payment authorization (hold) is released post return of the original order as long as it meets the conditions as outlined above.
Return shipments for exchanges exhibiting significant wear or damage will be subject to fees, or can be denied and returned to the customer at their expense.
Orders purchased for delivery within the US do not qualify under US policies if exported to another territory or country.
The cost will be calculated at the time of label creation and deducted from the refund balance when issued to the original payment method. Return shipping costs will be waived unless otherwise stated for exchanges. *US contiguous purchases only, rates for international or non-contiguous US locations may vary.

A return shipping label will be provided. International return costs will be calculated based on the shipment, location and confirmed at the time of request. Return shipping costs are responsible to the customer.
International orders refused post shipment, or returned due to refusal of payment of duties and/or taxes, will be subject to restocking fees and return shipping costs. Stix Golf will refund the value of the goods returned, however import taxes or duties paid are non-refundable.
Stix Golf cannot guarantee receipt of return shipments, and does not cover costs associated with lost, stolen or damaged items for return shipments dispatched using non-Stix Golf provided shipping label(s).
REFUNDS
Stix Golf Co. returns are inspected and processed within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Notification will be provided upon refund issuance to the email address provided for the original order.
Refunds may not reflect for 5-7 business days and will be subject to the financial institution. Please note: returns, refunds or exchanges processed using Affirm, AfterPay or Sezzle payment plans may take up to 30 days to reflect.

CANCEL REQUESTS
