Stix Golf ("we" and "us") is the operator of (http://www.stix.golf) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
1. SHIPPING TIME
Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing. Order confirmations are emailed upon order completion and will include the quoted processing time as shown at the time of purchase.
While we make every effort to deliver within the quoted timeframes, delays may occur.
2. SHIPPING METHODS
We have the following shipping methods available for contiguous US locations:
Standard (Ground) - Delivery within 3-7 business days via UPS or FedEx post dispatch.
Two Day - Delivery within 2 business days via UPS or Fedex post dispatch.
Next Day - Delivery within 1 business day via UPS or FedEx post dispatch.
Expedited shipping options are courier transit upgrades and do not guarantee same day shipping.
Expedited shipping options do not include Saturday delivery due to additional service and cost. Saturday delivery upgrades are not provided at this time.
If shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, these orders will be shipped USPS and will only offer STANDARD at checkout. USPS transit times will vary.
International orders are shipped via DHL Express, and average 5-10 business days transit post dispatch. Customs processing may impact delivery time.
Please note we do not ship to freight forwarding address.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
Free shipping is offered on orders over $500 to the contiguous United States only. All shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order.
Payment for shipping will be collected at checkout, where applicable, and will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
International purchases are made possible through our partners at Global-E. In regions required, duties and taxes are included with the cost of the items at checkout. International costs (conversions, duties and/or taxes, etc) are calculated based on rates at the time of purchase. These costs cannot be adjusted or changed. Additional costs (including but not limited to broker and or partner costs, shipping, insurance, order handling, etc) will be included and calculated per region.
Depending on the regulations applicable to your region, there may be an option to opt-out of inclusion. For more information please visit Stix International Support Center.
4. RETURNS
Stix Golf accepts returns within 30 days of the original purchase date with eligibility under conditions as shown within our Return Policy.
5. CANCELLATIONS
Stix Golf will accept cancellations prior to label creation and/or dispatch. If an order has been shipped, please refer to our return policy and contact customer service at orders@stix.golf.
6. DELIVERY TERMS
6.1 Transit Times: Domestic Shipments
US Domestic shipments average transit is 2-7 business days. Please refer to the estimated transit provided at the time of checkout.
6.2 Transit Times: International Shipments
Orders shipped internationally using DHL Express, averaging 5-10 business days for transit. Transit will vary depending on location, customs processing, etc.
6.3 Dispatch Time
Processing Times (Non-Holiday or Seasonal Peak):
Order dispatch averages 2-4 business days from payment of order. Our fulfillment centers operate Monday - Friday during standard business hours, and closes for national holidays. In these instances, we aim to ensure shipment delays are kept to a minimum.
6.4 Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address prior to dispatch. Changes requested post shipment or during transit are subject to additional courier fees, paid and responsible to the customer and/or requesting party. Stix is not liable and cannot guarantee delivery changes made post shipment or during transit.
6.5 P.O. Box Shipping
Stix Golf will ship to P.O. box addresses using USPS (postal services) only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.
6.6 Military Address Shipping
We are able to ship to APO addresses using USPS. We are unable to use a courier for these shipments.
6.7 Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock due to logistical delays, partial shipments will be provided to ensure timely receipt of available items on the order placed. Additional shipping costs associated with partial shipments are covered by Stix Golf. *Domestic orders can receive partial shipments, however International orders will be held to prevent partial shipments.

6.8 Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please reach out to orders@stix.golf so that we can resolve the cause for delay.
7. TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS
Upon dispatch, customers will receive email notifications with tracking/transit details to the email provided at checkout. To ensure receipt and ease of tracking, please add orders@stix.golf to your safe sender list.
8. DUTIES & TAXES
8.1 Sales Tax
Domestic sales tax will be calculated at checkout. International duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Applicable duties and/or taxes will be calculated as shown on the site per region and reflected in the cost at checkout. Import duties and/or taxes will be subject to regulations, and made available or applicable to your region.
8.2 Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments are the customer's responsibility. International orders refused post shipment, or returned due to refusal of payment of duties and/or taxes, will be subject to restocking fees and return shipping costs. Import taxes or duties paid are not subject to refund.
9. INSURANCE
If your parcel is damaged in transit or lost/stolen, please reach out to our customer care team via orders@stix.golf.
Please note: Support paths may vary depending on origin of purchase. Our customer care will be sure to confirm details and the resolution path upon confirmation.
9.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit
For items damaged in transit, our customer care will open a claim for investigation with the courier upon receipt of customer notification. If required, a replacement will be issued post resolution with the courier.
9.2 Process for parcel lost in-transit
Upon conclusion of the investigation and/or claim, a replacement or refund will be issued. In the event of an issue, alternative details and solutions will be provided to the customer.
Lost and/or stolen parcels due to customer error in dispatch or usage are liable to the customer. Items dispatched outside of the correct country / origin of purchase, or improperly dispatched are not covered by Stix Golf Co.
Shipments using labels not provided by Stix Golf are not covered in the event of loss, theft or damage.
