Golf got complicated. We didn't.
We make simply great clubs and sell them straight to you. You're not paying for anything but the clubs.
“When did buying golf clubs get so complicated? Clubs became so over-designed, over-hyped, and over-priced. It didn't make sense to me, that's why I started Stix.”Gabe Coyne · Founder
We're here for the game.
It's the game of golf we fell for. Four hours outdoors with people you like, and a shot that stays with you all week.
The sport of golf is the other half. Rankings, swing thoughts, an equipment arms race, and an industry built to sell into all of it. None of that is wrong. It's just where the complications live, and complications keep people off the course.
We build for the game. More people on courses, more often, with less standing in the way. That's the whole business, and it's why the clubs cost what they cost.
The enemies of golf
None of them is your swing.
Exclusivity
A century of unwritten rules about who belongs out here and what they should be wearing. None of it makes anyone hit the ball better.
Hype
A new driver every spring promising fifteen yards. Every spring, the same scores.
Intimidation
Fourteen decisions before you own a club, and a shop that assumes you already know all of them.
Noise
Badging, paint fill, invented technology. Decoration mistaken for engineering.
Take those four away and what's left is everything that truly matters.
Quiet, on purpose.
Every element on a Stix club earns its place. Contours, transitions, logos, paint fill: if it was only there to look busy, it came off. What's left is a club without distraction.

No badging
No model names across the sole and no paint fill shouting a technology at you from the address position.

One accent
A single red alignment mark. It's the only color you see at address and it's there because it helps you line up, not because it looks good in a photograph.

Sets, not shelves
We build complete sets first. Twelve clubs that work together, a bag that fits them, headcovers that match. We make it simple for you.
The Signature Series runs the same hardware in two-tone matte and satin chrome with the Nicklaus signature on it. Different cosmetic, same restraint.
High performing clubs. Minus the markup.
We sell direct, we don't sponsor Tour players, and we don't release a new driver every twelve months. Take those three things out and this is what's left.
Worth at premium-brand retail, sold separately. Based on current-year MSRP from PGA TOUR Superstore, May 2026.

Don't take our word for it.

Built as a ladder, not a starter kit.
“Will I outgrow them?” is the most common question about us online. Getting better means moving up the range, not leaving it.

Play 10
Ten clubs and a bag. Everything you need to get on a course, nothing you don't.

Perform 12
Twelve clubs, graphite or steel. Deep cavity irons and a carbon-crown driver. The set most golfers stay in for years.

C02 Compete 14
Hollow-body player distance irons, adjustable metals. Tournament ready.
30 Days. Hate it? Send it back.
Take them out on a real course, not a fitting bay. If they're not the right fit, send them back within 30 days for a refund.
Some exclusions apply (return shipping, final-sale items). See refund policy.
Questions we actually get.
Are Stix golf clubs any good?
Yes. Stix clubs are built from the same materials and constructions used across the premium golf market, and they've won MyGolfSpy awards for both accuracy and value. Across 6,259 customer reviews the average is 4.6 stars. The price is lower because we sell direct, not because the clubs are.
Who makes Stix golf clubs?
Stix is an independent company based in Chicago, founded by Gabe Coyne in 2019. We design our clubs in-house rather than licensing someone else's. The Signature Series is built in partnership with the Nicklaus Brand.
Why are Stix clubs cheaper than big-brand clubs?
Because we removed three costs that never touched a golf course: retail margin, tour sponsorship, and the annual model refresh. A comparable Perform 12 built piece by piece at premium-brand retail runs $3,114. Ours is $999, and the difference is business model, not build quality.
Will I outgrow Stix clubs?
Only the way you'd outgrow any set as your game changes, and the range is built for exactly that. Play, Perform and Compete are three rungs of one ladder, so improving means moving up rather than starting over somewhere else.
What's the warranty and return policy?
Every set carries a one-year warranty, and you have 30 days to send it back for a refund. Play them on a real course first. Some exclusions apply, including return shipping and final-sale items.
